Creating knowLedge and skilLs in AddItive Manufacturing (CLLAIM)

The CLLAIM project aims to create a European AM Qualification Body. One of the main objectives is the development of a European harmonised qualification system and the identification of necessary qualifications according to the market requirements of additive manufacturing.

This requires the development of new curricula and assessment tools as well as the introduction of innovative training approaches that enable experiential learning and the recognition of on-the-job learning. 9

Together with partners from Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain and Germany, the LZH Laser Akademie intends to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the field of additive manufacturing.
