DESTINE - European DESign TechnIciaNs lEague

DESTINE - European DESign TechnIciaNs lEague - aimed to promote vocational training excellence in the AM sector and to introduce young people to multi-skilled technology careers in industry.

The project has established a strategic cooperation between trainers and industry at national and European level to:

  • develop European qualification standards for Metal-AM Design Technicians (EQF Level 4) based on a modular approach and innovative training tools;
  • promote the implementation of this qualification at national and European level through a guidance document that supports the integration of this new qualification into different VET systems;
  • to initiate a sectoral competence competition in national and European selection rounds in the field of AM;
  • to prepare the European League of Metal AM Construction Technicians for integration in the WorldSkills competitions.
